73 Trades To Start February Right

Goodbye, January, and hello February! Last month was an exceptionally volatile time for the market—the Dow moved 100 points or more for 15 of January’s 20 trading days. On four of those days, the Dow rose or fell over 300 points. The fact is that this January was characterized by unexpected swings on Wall Street, and I don’t think anyone is disappointed now that it’s over.

My expectation is that market volatility with smooth out as earnings season progresses, but it never hurts to be prepared for any unexpected choppiness. And today’s blog post should be a great place to start. After taking a close look at the latest data on institutional buying pressure and each company’s fundamental health, I decided to revise my Portfolio Grader recommendations for 71 big blue chips. Chances are that you have at least one of these stocks in your portfolio, so you may want to give this list a skim and act accordingly.
