Who is Better at Sparking Real Economic Growth?

The state of the economy, jobs and possible stimulus are all on the minds of investors and voters. Just look at the market’s reaction to China’s rate cut today and you’ll see how quickly sentiment can change when this type of news breaks.

Now, I’ve heard countless political and economic experts weigh in on which candidate would be better for the economy. Joseph Stiglitz—a Nobel prize-wining economist—says that if Mitt Romney wins the election, the risk of recession rises.

Ian Shepherdson, chief economist at High Frequency Economics, called recent job growth numbers under Obama’s reign “horrible.”

But what really matters is who you the investor and voter think would be best for our economic future. I want to hear from you:

$q) {
$a_query = ‘SELECT `id`,`question_id`,`survey_id`,`pubcode`,`text`,`created`,`count` FROM `surveys`.`answers` WHERE `question_id` = ‘ . $q[‘id’] . ” AND `survey_id` = 46 AND `pubcode` = ‘LNNG’ ORDER BY `sort` ASC”;
$a_result = mysql_query($a_query) or die(mysql_errno() .’: ‘. mysql_error());
$answers = array();
while($a_row = mysql_fetch_array($a_result)) {
$answers[] = $a_row;

$a) {
echo “tt” , ‘

‘ , $a[‘text’] , ‘‘ , “n”;
$width = ($a[‘count’] / $q[‘count’]) * 100;
echo “tt” , ‘(‘ . $a[‘count’] . ‘) ‘ , sprintf(‘%.2f’, $width) , ‘%‘ , “n”;

Which candidate do you think has the best shot of sparking real economic growth?
