A Lesson in Stay-the-Course Investing

Last year, a lot of investors got rattled when the stock market plunged to new lows in March. However, those of us who stay the course saw huge gains. One great example is hedge fund manager David Tepper. According to the Wall Street Journal, Tepper made $2.5 billion this year by investing against another Great Depression. His bet paid off big.

The fact is that the U.S. economy has always bounced back from whatever troubles we face. Just today we got good news on personal income. November personal incomes rose 0.4% which is the biggest rise in six month.
