American Italian Pasta Hits New High

The stock market is having another good day. The Dow got as high as 7,862. It’s hard to believe that just two weeks ago, we were treading water around 6,500.

One of my favorite Emerging Growth stocks, American Italian Pasta (AIPC), just hit another new high. The company is the largest maker of dry pasta in North America. American Italian Pasta is also a commodity play since it benefits from higher wheat prices. AIPC’s consumer brands, such as Mueller’s, Golden Grain, Heartland, R&R and Mrs. Grass, are staples on supermarket shelves throughout the U.S. and overseas.

In the last year, the stock is up by more than 500%! American Italian Pasta is an outstanding buy.
