The company develops CUDC-907, an oral small molecule inhibitor of histone deacetylase and phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase enzymes, which is in Phase I clinical trials for advanced lymphomas and multiple myeloma; and HER 2-/ ER+ or PR+ breast cancer, and NUT midline carcinoma. It also develops CUDC-427 that is in Phase I clinical trials for advanced solid tumor and lymphomas; programmed death ligand-1 antagonist, which is in preclinical stage for the treatment of cancers; small molecule Interleukin-1 receptor-associated kinase 4 inhibitor that is in preclinical stage for the treatment of hematological cancers; and CUDC-305 drug candidate, which is in trials in patients with systemic mastocytosis and glioblastoma multiforme for the treatment of cancers. In addition, the company offers Erivedge, an orally-administered small molecule hedgehog pathway inhibitor for advanced basal cell carcinoma (BCC). Its Erivedge is also in Phase II clinical trials for preceding excision and/or multiple BCC, and idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis. The company has collaboration agreement with Aurigene Discovery Technologies Limited for the discovery, development, and commercialization of small molecule compounds in the areas of immuno-oncology and precision oncology; and collaboration and license agreement with F.
